    Holger, tell me how you prepare and send envelopes with the flag of that country, your address, etc.

    Hi Dorincard,
    Yes, I prepare all covers myself and send them to the Postal administration for hand cancellation and re-mailing.

    As said before, I prepare all covers myself & mail them over to the Philatelic Service for hand cancellation and mailing.
    My secret to convince them to do it: I enclose a note and ask them friendly. Thats it!
    It worked perfect so far.
